Marian A. Lohr, 97, of Morton, passed away at 10:52 p.m. on Friday, November 25, 2016 at Heddington Oaks in West Peoria.
Marian was born on November 3, 1919 in Peoria, a daughter of William and Marian (Osborn) Heppner. She married Donald R. Lohr in Peoria on May 3, 1942. He preceded her in death on February 9, 1997. She was also preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, one sister-in-law and one brother-in-law.
She is survived by her children, Gary (Karen) Lohr of Morton, Nancy (Bill) Stahl of Dunlap and Susan (David) Murrary of Peoria; sister, Trudy (Lindley) of Massachusetts; sister –in-law, Betty Heppner of Peoria; six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Marian was a homemaker.
There will be no public visitation or service. A private interment will be at Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.
The family would like to thank the staff at Heddington Oaks for their loving care of Marian.
Memorial contributions may be made in Marian’s memory to Central Illinois Alzheimer’s Association.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Clary Funeral Home, 3004 West Lake Avenue in Peoria.
